1405. Four years have passed since the events written down in So Shines the Phoenix.
Sir Osmund Clarke sends Adam Wolvercot on a mission that is impossible to accomplish. Clarke is after revenge, and what better way than to set one member of the expedition against another. But as the events twist and turn, all is not as it seems, and the mysterious dragon breaths at last.
This medieval thriller sees the return of some of the characters from the first part of the trilogy.
I am in the process of writing this novel, and hope to publish it sometime in late 2014.
Here's the Epigraph which hints at the content of the book:
Let faith be my shield, and let joy be my steed
'Gainst the dragons of anger, the ogres of greed;
And let me set free with the sword of my youth,
From the castle of darkness, the power of the truth.
From the hymn ‘When a knight won his Spurs’,
